Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the craftsmanship of our LuvLink rings with a lifetime warranty that covers any product defects. Should an issue arise, we’ll repair or replace your ring at no extra cost as long as it is from a manufacturer defect and not caused by the user.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the peace of mind that comes with knowing you have time to ensure your LuvLink is perfect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at lumluvteam@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your LuvLink is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’re here to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions regarding your specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
For the quickest service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with our standard return policy, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at lumluvteam@gmail.com.
